Cabo Verde and Saudi Arabia played out a 0-0 draw in their Group H match in the Group Stage competition at NRG Stadium, Houston, on Friday, June 26.

The match saw a total of four yellow cards issued. Saudi Arabia's S. Abdulhamid was booked in the 4th minute, followed by W. Pina of Cabo Verde in the 8th minute. N. Al Dawsari received a yellow card for Saudi Arabia in the 67th minute, and F. Al Buraikan was booked in the 90+3rd minute.

Both teams made several substitutions throughout the game. Saudi Arabia brought on A. Lajami for H. Tambakti in the 33rd minute, M. Al Juwayr for A. Al Khaibari at half-time, M. Abu Al Shamat for S. Al Dawsari and A. Al Hamdan for S. Mandash in the 66th minute, and M. Al Harbi for N. Boushal in the 82nd minute.
