    About AT&T Stadium

AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas has a capacity of 70,122 for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The venue will host 9 matches during the tournament.

AT&T Stadium, commonly known as 'Jerry World,' is home to the Dallas Cowboys of the NFL. Located in Arlington, Texas, midway between Dallas and Fort Worth, the stadium opened in 2009 and features one of the world's largest column-free interiors and a retractable roof. Its centerpiece is a colossal 160×72-foot high-definition video board.

For the 2026 World Cup, the stadium's artificial turf has been replaced with a hybrid natural grass surface. The retractable roof can be opened or closed depending on weather conditions — a major advantage given the extreme Texas summer heat, where temperatures regularly exceed 100°F (38°C). Air conditioning is available when the roof is closed.
